First class operation! Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival was cheerfully greeted by the service team. My service advisor, Peter Cassio, is a true professional. As much as I now regret leasing a Cadillac, the awesome dealership team at Colonial can not be held accountable for the brand's shortcomings. Denise especially is wonderful to work with and her great sense dealership team at Colonial can not be held accountable for the brand's shortcomings. Denise especially is wonderful to work with and her great sense of humor manages to lighten the frustration. I wish there was a rating here for the Cadillac brand itself-I would give it 0 stars. Hard to believe that this is supposed to be the top of the line for an American vehicle. Just ten more months..... More
