He made h Manager Casey at Pocatello Nissan screwed over my brother in law. He said he would pay off his bills he lied and made false promises to him. He made him sign for a 27 thousand dollar car that was only worth 17 thousand and made him sign for 520 dollars a month for a Nissan Versa that only had the standards on that car. This dealership is frankly a joke and I would never step a foot into that dealership again. More
Constantly improving Sales personnel is great , we like particularly Justin. Had few tensions with Service , however after talking with David , issues were resolved. Sales personnel is great , we like particularly Justin. Had few tensions with Service , however after talking with David , issues were resolved. Nobody is perfect , I guess , what matters is the constant desire for self improvement and development. Bought 2 new vehicles Nissan and Kia from them during last 2 years (1 for me , 1 for my wife). Cars come with oil and tires for life. And within our price range KIA shows great dependability , compared to some competitors.... Traded in 2 Chevrolets(Impala 2010 in 2014 with 65 k and Equinox 2011 with 93k today). Eric in financial got us really decent plan. What was great is as the first time I was able to choose the vehicle on-line in their database and then tell the sales person, which one I want , save a lot of time. Also new building always has customer parking space available . More
Not truthful about what is occurring with your vehicle. Still waiting to get my problem resolved since May 27th, it's now June 9th of 2016, had to contact Nissan USA directly to get help with the issue. False advertising and unprofessional conduct. This is what happened to us as we were getting ready to buy a Nissan Maxima. We found a price online for a 2016 Nissan Maxima and sent an email to the dealership to confirm the price. The representative that we talked to confirmed the price and we drove to the dealership to test drive the car. While we were doing the test drive, the representative reconfirmed the price and after we finished the test drive we sat together to see if we can make a deal. The representative left for about ten minutes and returned with the manager who informed us that the price that was confirmed to us at least twice was actually not being offered. He then proceeded to blame the internet company and he told us that the sales representative had no authority to quote us that price. In other words, you can't do business with them because their sales reps can apparently give you an arbitrary price and the company assumes no responsibility for this. Despite the fact that they clearly screwed up and cost us a whole morning, they were not willing to go even halfway to the price that was originally quoted. This was a very bad experience; the management was unreasonable and the sales reps were incompetent. I'd suggest to stay away from this dealership if possible. More
The whole sales representative Very nice sales representative who work very hard for us to purchase a new car. We are very happy with our new car. And will enjoy it for some time. Always stressfull On October 11 it was Sunday , my wife called me stating while she was backing up on 2014 Altima SV with 23 000 miles ,bought on 04/04/14 from Pocate On October 11 it was Sunday , my wife called me stating while she was backing up on 2014 Altima SV with 23 000 miles ,bought on 04/04/14 from Pocatello Nissan Kia dealership from the garage she heard weird noise under the hood and the red battery light came on. I made her turn off the engine and looked under the hood. The alternator belt was off the pulley.I had to leave within an hr so we decided to wait till Monday to fix the vehicle.Since it is still under warranty I assumed it would only be reasonable to let Nissan service center perform the repairs. On Monday , October 12 at 09.00 am I dialed 208-232-1062 and talked to Kevin.I told him about the problem and since the vehicle is still under warranty he assured me , that it will be tested and repaired in a timely manner.I told him I also would like it to be serviced(oil and oil filter changed) and to assist me with windshield wipers replacement I left new wipers on a front seat and I also informed Kevin, that I would not like their technician to touch my tires(they always tend to over-inflate them disregarding manufacturer's recommendations).I know I have Nissan towing included, however Kevin would not call towing service for me(1 call resolution is not their method). So I called the tower's on my own and around 11.00 am got my vehicle towed to the Service center.Spent 4(!) hrs there barely got my car back in time for me to go back to work by 3.10 pm.Windshield wipers were replaced , oil changed and defective belt replaced , BUT ..... here is the part where but gets bigger : 1) At first their mechanic and Bill(Kevin was at lunch at that time I believe) tried persuading me they won't fix it under warranty and will charge me to put defective belt back on (Car is 1.5 year old bought from them had 23000 miles). They told me it was an animal there , I do not own any and as a proof they showed me what looked like if someone took 3 dandelions and blew on them and it was stuck under the engine on the oil and grease on a side.I never skipped on a car payment and was not going to pay for replacing defective parts at 23000 miles. It all caused me a great deal of stress , luckily manager David was there and took it under his control. So it was resolved , but I should not have felt like I have to win a battle to fix almost new vehicle, which should not have failed at 23000 miles. 2) Couple days down the road I noticed my tires are overinflated...AGAIN ! Despite what I asked Kevin not to do !!!On October 16 called Kevin , who just mumbled excuses and stated I never asked him about it which I did he also said I should have repeated myself after car was towed at 11 00 am he hung up on me and only tried calling back while I was talking to his superior on a phone. If I have to adjust tire pressure after their "Services" which they were promptly asked not to perform , what kind of service is that ? You all know the word. The whole point of getting into auto payment instead of buying used car for 5-7 k cash is that you have a peace of mind your vehicle will start right away on any given day and run for thousands of miles before needing any service,so if you get piece of crap and less than reasonable service times and conditions IT IS NOT WORTH IT.ALSO IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS 2 RECALLS , fixed for free , but again eats your precious time. Each time I have to spend half a day at least just to perform routine oil change. For comparison Jiffy Lube does it in less than 30 minutes. Also if you ever consider new vehicle and have time drive at least to Idaho Falls might save you 4-5 k average on 28-30 k vehicle or better to Boise or Salt Lake City area will take time but save around 6 k. I used to love Nissan as a brand for their dependability , but after all it makes me think my wife is right we should have paid few grands more and got new Ford Taurus, support American auto industry and have decent hassle free and stress free service fast and with attention to details.Apparently, saving few bucks can waste a lot of time.... NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!! Being a Mercedes Benz driver my options for maintenance and repair are limited in this rural area. So of course we selected the Nissan Kia Dealership Being a Mercedes Benz driver my options for maintenance and repair are limited in this rural area. So of course we selected the Nissan Kia Dealership because they are the recommended shop for our area by Mercedes Benz. Needless to say it's been issue after issue since I first took my car to them. Most recently they recommended a complete engine replacement as the means to finally fix my Benz. And being frustrated and drug along since February (9 months since we originally brought them our car for a mere service) of this year we agreed that this may be the best thing also. After over two weeks of being in their shop, a new engine, and the better half of $10,000 I get my car back. Drive it for one day and the Check Engine light is back on. It's clear that they are interested in getting paid but lack the skills to actually fix anything. At this point it wouldn't even surprise me to find out that they do as little as possible to appear as if they have addressed your concerns but meanwhile they are completely sabotaging your vehicle so you are sure to bring it back over and over again and be forced to pay their outrageous costs. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone I cared about. They are a bunch of incompetent CROOKS and LIARS and based on their overall feedback, I know I am not the only one. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO REAL MECHANICS, NOT THESE OVER PAID, UNQUALIFIED DRONES WITH THE INABILITY TO FIX EVEN THE MOST SIMPLE OF ISSUES. More
