I've been taking my car CCT for service for many years and been very happy with the job they have done.But this time was completely different.After the service,I went home and for an unknown reason I deci and been very happy with the job they have done.But this time was completely different.After the service,I went home and for an unknown reason I decided to pop up the hood to take a look and to my dismay the coolant reservoir was completely empty.Whoever serviced my car did not fill up the coolant reservoir yet he or she put OK check marks on everything on the inspection list. I took my car back to CCT and showed it to JC Cooper,the service consultant.He filled up the reservoir and told me that he would speak with the person that did the service on my car.I was very disappointed .Will I take my car to CCT for service next time ? I just don't know.I have to sleep on it. More

wont be back! $ 400 for an oil change. Came in for what I thought would be an oil change as my 'maintenance soon' light come on at 44,5 miles. Turns out it $ 400 for an oil change. Turns out it was for a 44,5 'service' which is nothing more than they checked to make sure my floor mat was secure! literally, it was on the invoice! Invoice also states I requested the 44,5 service, NO I DIDNT, NO ONE ASKED ME!!! Wont be back - after 7 plus years, two new vehicles, two vehicles always serviced here and tires purchased here, they just lost a loyal customer. More
