We would give a zero if it were an option. David was our salesperson. We put $1000 on a Highlander Ultimate to be second in line for a car that was supposed to be at the lot in a few weeks. The 1st of August we were told that the car would arrive in three weeks. Then we were told another week, and so on…. Now apparently they have a car? Not convinced and have been waiting almost a week for a refund. I guess David thought if he had our money, he would have us. Nope, and by the way, this is not how you build customer trust and loyalty! This could have and should have been handled differently! We expect a refund immediately! More

Mark Kligerman is the only thing good about this dealer. Dated, old school sales mentality, rude, talks about customers when they are on the lot, takes forever to process paperwork, messes up paperwork. All along we felt that our salesperson was our champion, guiding us down the path of least resistance. Throughout all the challenges (trucker's blockades, factory disruptions, general supply chain shortages guiding us down the path of least resistance. Throughout all the challenges (trucker's blockades, factory disruptions, general supply chain shortages) and subsequent delays, the out the door price remained consistent. Everything was taken care of on our behalf. We did our homework: we checked (online) dealers all over Georgia for price and inventory (Savannah, Athens, Atlanta, Macon, Columbus). Whereas inventory was dependent upon factory deliveries at all dealers, the price was NOT the same everywhere. I guess people have money to throw away by going elsewhere or maybe they are forced to go to the closest dealer. If you have a chance, check out Cobb County Toyota. PS we bought a 2022 RAV4 Hybrid. Toyota is second to none in Hybrid technology. More
