I brought in my six week old Toyota Tundra Double Cab today, July 6, 2006 because my secondary remote was not working and had rust and corrosion through it. I was told by the assistant service manager R today, July 6, 2006 because my secondary remote was not working and had rust and corrosion through it. I was told by the assistant service manager Russell Graff and the general sales manager that I must have jumped in a pool or something with it. When I argued that I never even used it, I was told that remotes aren't part of the bumper to bumper warranty. When I got upset, I was told to leave. Basically, I just spent 25 grand and six weeks later was told I was a liar and to get out. Great customer service. More
