The people that work here are very nice and helpful. Simon was thorough in his recommendations for my vehicle, and allowed me to use a coupon that I didn't have to cut me a little break. He also was accurate in how long my service would take. and allowed me to use a coupon that I didn't have to cut me a little break. He also was accurate in how long my service would take. More

I purchased my brand new 2019 Camry XSE at Cobb County Toyota and ensured every recommended service was completed there also. Sometime around February 2024, my car began to sputter and stall when attemp Toyota and ensured every recommended service was completed there also. Sometime around February 2024, my car began to sputter and stall when attempting to accelerate or pull off from a complete stop. The service department always stated they could not duplicate the issue. The problem became progressively worse throughout the year and sometime around December, I was charged for a new battery I probably didn’t need. By January 2025, my car continuously stalled so often and terribly that I could barely start again after coming to a complete stop. Even then, Cobb County Service claimed there was nothing wrong. Finally in February, I was nearly rear ended when my car stalled completely. I called the shop and the manager Todd rejoiced claiming that maybe they could finally figure out what was wrong. He expressed absolutely no sympathy, compassion or even common courtesy nor offered any assistance with towing. Turns out my transmission totally gave out. How in the universe can a reputable Toyota Service Department not detect such a huge problem until the transmission failed completely? I contacted Toyota corporate who replaced the part but Todd refused to offer any labor discounts. My loyalty to Cobb County Toyota meant absolutely nothing to him. Raven, the service tech, displayed even less customer service/professionalism than Todd. She charged me the wrong amount and, instead of contacting me stating, "I screwed up and charged you the wrong amount, please pay the difference", she called and rudely demanded I do the right thing and fix "her" mistake. Turns out Todd was right there next to her which means he condones such unprofessionalism. I originally decided not to complete this survey until I find myself suffering from PTSD now that it’s time for my next service. Heaven Help Me. More
