I had a vehicle recall scheduled to be done. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance. I live in Southport, so when I arrived, I was pleased that my vehicle was the only one in the servic I scheduled the appointment a week in advance. I live in Southport, so when I arrived, I was pleased that my vehicle was the only one in the service area, thinking I could beat the work traffic out of Wilmington. I went to the customer waiting area at 12:45. At 1:15, Sam Weisman came to the waiting area and told me they didn't have the right part. You would think that would have been checked when I made the appointment. Not only did I waste gas, but had a half day of travel. Now I'm waiting for a call to reschedule and more time and gas wasted. More
