Regular service.. I am very disappointed with Cloninger right now. I have bought three vehicle from Cloninger over the years. I came in for just a regular service and o I am very disappointed with Cloninger right now. I have bought three vehicle from Cloninger over the years. I came in for just a regular service and oil change. When I paid the bill the clerk told me I needed new tires. I was due a tire rotation with the service but it was not done. I am guessing because I was expected to buy new tires. I was given two tire quotes. There was a promotion to buy three get one for a buck. I was not sure about the need for new tires, so I went to two other tire dealers for quotes. Both dealers told me I could go another five thousand miles before I should need to buy new tires. One dealer told me the clerk was likely pushing the tires because of commission she would receive The clerk was also encouraging me to buy a new battery. I do not think I need one. I have current battery only three years and it is suppose to go at least five years. More

Fixing without notifying customer of charge Car was in to fix airbag recall. Asked them to check the radio that kept cutting off while it was in. I found it ridiculous that you would charge a customer something of that amount worth out approval ahead of time To confirm you wanted that service. More
Left car and came back hadnt been touched. Dropped car off before work needed new valve stem. Came back after 8 hrs of wrk and car hadnt been touched. I offered to pay for the 9.95 coupon rate, but was refused. She said $50 was a good rate. I refused to sign the $50 invoice and offered again to pay 9.95. She refused and wanted me again to sign the invoice which I again refused. She told me she would take care of it and told me to leave. I still offer to pay the 9.95. If this happened to my wife or mother, they would have paid for it. I have been a fraud victim before so I challenge. I was going to call the police and attorney general and warn face book to warn people about this practice, but haven't. I never liked to be blind side and thought Larry wasn't aware of this practice, so I'm waiting until I am not as upset as I currently am before sending him a letter. My place for service I always receive tremendous service when I come here. The employees are all friendly and caring.
