Excellent customer service I went into the dealership originally because I had an issue with service. Eli, an excellent salesman, asked me what issue I was having with my vehic I went into the dealership originally because I had an issue with service. Eli, an excellent salesman, asked me what issue I was having with my vehicle. He took my 2017 Toyota Corolla for a test drive which is more than what service did for me. He noticed that there was an issue, After taking the test drive, he said let me see what I can do. Needless to say, I left the dealership with a brand new 2019 Toyota Corolla. Eli has been my salesman for some time and has always been a very knowledgeable , and has a very high level of integrity. I never thought that I would say a car salesman had integrity, but Eli takes the cake.. He goes above and beyond for his customers. If you want to deal with someone that is reputable, ask for Eli. More

Great Experience with the SERVICE department. My Toyota CHR (leased vehicle) was serviced at 5000 miles. Service procedure was timely and the gentleman even brought the car to my business. Side note: Service department noticed a small dent on door panel (which I was unaware of- maybe possibly another car door had bumped it) and gave me contact information. I called the dealership the next day and ending up with a Manager who was an xxxxxxx and reminded me twice that I was responsible for paying for the dent. He said someone else would contact me with further information. I never received a follow up call. To the xxxxxxx manager-I am more than capable of paying for the small dent and it will be corrected, but not at your dealership. The only regret is that I didn't catch your name or I would put it on here too:/ More
