Honestly unbelievably bad. My best friend with to Cloninger to look at a Toyota, drove the car, and left. Found out they ran her credit TWICE... without permission. I go back to the dealer on Ford side. I want to buy either a '14 Vette or a 15-16 Mustang GT..... I'm introduced to a salesman who barely says anything to me. I tell him what I want and he again says very little..... and then WALKS OFF. He actually walked away. xxxx with Cloninger anything. By the way, even the General Mgr's son said he was going to work anywhere but here when he's older. I talked to him during the Toyota visit. More

Cold service I give one star seeing how every time I took my Ford Edge to be serviced it was poor service or bad service. For it and I solved that issue myself I wanted to find out what noise was in front end . Week later I take car in for recall on fuel tank told it will be ready in four hours this being Friday morning I didn't get my car back Till Monday afternoon . The bolts broke off and had be drilled out fri. Then sat I hear things going good then ok come pick up ,that was twenty min. Til closing time so I am on way to dealership I get another call no don't come car isn't running right. This time Lonnie whom I've been helped by all along didn't call me his self it was some other guy no one cared that I needed a car for the weekend it being my child's fourt bday. That is Til I made a trip up befor sales closed and a man from sales dept. was caring and helped accommodate me Til. Monday morning . I speak with Robby about all the above and on how few mths back the bolts had been left off or not tightened and fell off of brake cable I replace my self. I also just realized my front wheel scratched they must have rubbed something like crub or wall pulling it in or out of bay. Seems no one at ford. Sees the service I had gotten was lies on top of short cuts, taken advantage of or mistaken for a clueless lady or whatever. I didn't like the poor treatment I was given I'll never go back nor refer this ford dealership and service to anyone . I pray that squeal in front end is nothing like they said . I'll find out hopefully before tire or parts go out with me and 3kids in it . More

RATING = xxxx EMOJI This has to be the worst dealership I've ever worked with. I was told I was approved after applying online, I talked to a woman named candi hicks. Little did I know these people will say anything to waste your time and gas and make you go into the dealership. I applied through an online site where they placed a vehicle on claiming if you're approved than you get the car no matter what. (0 down, reposed car, new job) still I was told there was nothing they could do... When I make plenty of money for the payments and a buddy of mine used to work at a dealership said ford does In house financing. Yeah what a joke. They turned me away after telling me I was approved, made me get a ride (because I have no car) from Charlotte after a hard day at work, and being stuck in traffic. I will not suggest this location to anyone, and advise to search for different options. FORD = FOUND ON ROAD DEAD, don't want to keep putting money in the something because they are just trying to rip you off anyways. More

Went to purchase a new f250 lariat crew cab single wheel truck after work, Was greeted by a salesman I told him to get the keys to the truck I had plans on purchasing. He chuckled and told me andI quote " you cant afford this truck lets go look at some used rangers". Little did he know I was going to pay cash for the truck and finance a second one. When I told him my intentions he stopped me long enough to try to smooth things over with the sales manager or something. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, somewhere who wanted to help me buy the trucks I wanted. DO NOT GO TO CLONINGER FOR ANY VEHICLE NEEDS !!!!! More

I totaled my 2006 Fusion SE that I purchased used elsewhere in 2007. I had wanted a Mustang, but it was too impractical. Still I would visit the dealership dreaming about Mustangs and Vince was alw elsewhere in 2007. I had wanted a Mustang, but it was too impractical. Still I would visit the dealership dreaming about Mustangs and Vince was always respectful and very pleasant. So, when looking to replace my totaled car I had a chance to decide again. After considering other cars, I again came back to the Fusion. I liked the 06 to 09 body styles. As it turned out, a clean used Fusion is not so easy to find. They had one at Cloninger and after a little negotiation it was mine. Vince was unable to be there the second day, so Ray finished up the paperwork. Someday I hope to buy that Mustang from Vince, but for now just enjoying the replacement 06 Fusion SEL. More
