Communication I come here because I bought my car here and I appreciate the prices for the service done on my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off for service at 2pm, they asked if I’d be staying to wait or if I’d be leaving and would like a call when the vehicle was finished. Knowing that the vehicle would be taking a while I decided to leave they took down my number and said that they would call me when my vehicle was completed. An hour and a half went by and I thought my car Has to be done but I will still wait for a phone call. The clock turns 5:34, knowing the service center closes at 5:30 I decide to call only for someone to tell me my car probably didn’t get finished. I immediately was stressed as no one had communicated this to me and I needed my car the next day. I was told to hold. Few minutes later a woman answered and told me my car was finished and that I could come and get it although she made it clear that the service center was closed so I was going to have to get someone elsewhere to assist me. When I arrived I stood in the lobby for a few minutes waiting for someone, watching multiple employees walk by before I had to walk up to someone at their desk to ask for assistance. I do believe it was the same woman i spoke with on the phone who then again made it clear that the service center was closed and made me feel like I should’ve got my car already. I expressed how i was told that somebody would call me when my car was done but I never received a call. She had no comment. I paid for my service, asked where my car was located, she told me I’d have to look out in the lot in front of the service dept. for it. Did not receive assistance after that nor was I thanked for my business. Saddens me because when I bought my vehicle I had a great experience. More

Efficient! I went to Cliff Wall for some routine recall work on my 2014 Outback. They took me in first thing on my appointment day without a hitch. I also asked if they could look at my brakes and that was no problem. So after 4 hours, as they said, the work was done and as it turned out, my brakes were fine. I live 2 hours away, so I was really happy that they gave me a loaner at no cost which was a pretty fun rig: brand new, bright orange Crosstrek. This way at least I wasn't stuck in the waiting area all day. The only real problem I had was this: Someone from Service Dept. called and told me I had a brake light out and asked if I wanted it replaced. Unfortunately, my phone was out of juice and I failed to bring a charger. So I didn't get that message till much later that evening, after my 2 hour drive home. I wish when I picked up my car, dropped off the loaner, signed off on the recall work and paid for the brake inspection, someone had mentioned the brake light to me. I know what a bugger it is to replace those and I would have gladly waited and paid for them to do this for me, if I had known. Might have even been pretty important to have it functioning even on the 2 hour ride back to my hinterland home. Otherwise, I appreciated the professionalism and expertise of everyone I was in contact with. More

My key was getting stuck in the ignition while the battery was getting drained. I am from Colorado and was planning on driving home, obviously impossible until this issue would be fixed. The male service advisors said that I was to wait a month before the part was going to get into the dealership. So I asked to speak to a female service advisor, Who ended up being Monica. I explained the issue to her and she fixed it in three hours. The moral of the story is that Monica is great. She deserves a raise and the male service advisors are questionable in their integrity and worth. More
