Routine Maintenance of 2018 Forester This was a routine 6,000 mile service on our 2018 Forester. I was quickly checked in by John upon arrival at the service bay (I had a scheduled appoi This was a routine 6,000 mile service on our 2018 Forester. I was quickly checked in by John upon arrival at the service bay (I had a scheduled appointment). He did a quick walk-around, I signed the service agreement, and was asked if I knew where the lounge was (I did). Work was completed quickly, including exterior washing, and I was back on the road in about 45 minutes. This was a no cost service under the 2 year service warranty provided by Cliff Wall Subaru with the purchase of a new vehicle. I should note that although the car's exterior was washed, the finish was spotted because it was not dried thoroughly. More

Airbag replacement I brought my wife’s Outback in to have the passenger airbag replaced under a recall. The service dept was quicker than the estimated 3 hour wait time, I brought my wife’s Outback in to have the passenger airbag replaced under a recall. The service dept was quicker than the estimated 3 hour wait time, but I was disappointed to see the metal trim by the glovebox had been scratched up in the replacement process. I didn’t notice it immediately until I got home, so I did not get a chance to point it out to the service advisor. The technicians should tape off the metal accent strip to avoid scratches on other customer’s cars in the future. More

Always honest and helpful We are fairly new to Cliff Wall and tried the dealership in Marquette since we live in between. We found there's no comparison in how we are treated We are fairly new to Cliff Wall and tried the dealership in Marquette since we live in between. We found there's no comparison in how we are treated by the service people. Our new Outback suddenly had terrible road noise that I thought was tires out of balance. I took the car to a local tire shop for balancing and they found the tires were cupped and most likely caused by being out of balance. We have followed all regular maintenance, but Marquette made us feel like it was something WE did. I made an appointment for Green Bay and we found a bad strut which caused the tires to cup. I certainly appreciate how you listen to me, how willing you are to fix the issue, AND replace the tires that are now ruined. More
