It was a very good experience. There was an air bag recall on our Subaru. They gave us a loaner car that was super helpful because we do not have an extra vehicle. Two things I can think of that could use some fine tuning, we told Mike we would be in Green Bay on Thursday if we needed to sign papers on the Outback that was brought in from another dealer. We didn’t hear from him until later Thursday evening, missing out on a convenient time for us to secure the purchase. We then were told the car could not be held for us until Saturday because there was no signed contract, that was a bit frustrating but the car was still available when we got there Saturday. We then told him we would come on Saturday at 0900 to purchase the car. We weren’t informed the business person would only be there until 1000, so we couldn’t complete the sale and had to come back on Monday. Monday when we got there we spent another 2 hours finalizing the sale. That is a total of 4.5 hours and 140 miles driven to finally purchase our vehicle. When we set out to purchase a car in the past we have been in and out of a dealership in 2 hours, test drive to purchase, and 1 visit. We do love our Outback. More
