Efficient, courteous service Recently i contacted Cliff Wall to complete a recall procedure on my Subaru Forester. Technicians performed the procedure, plus replaced a burned out Recently i contacted Cliff Wall to complete a recall procedure on my Subaru Forester. Technicians performed the procedure, plus replaced a burned out tail light bulb. The repair was done fairly quickly despite quite a busy Friday afternoon in the Service Department. A 360 walk around survey also let me know that my tires still had a safe amount of tread. I was pleased to receive a complimentary car wash. Employees were helpful and pleasant to each customer that I encountered. More

OIL CHANGE TIRE ROTATION Oil Change and Tire Rotation went well. I do have an issue that I would like for you to share with your folks in service. My headlights were set on Oil Change and Tire Rotation went well. I do have an issue that I would like for you to share with your folks in service. My headlights were set on Auto On when I brought it in like they have been since I bought the vehicle. I drive like this for Safety during the Day. Leaving the dealership I headed home through that same torrential down pour that spawned a Tornado in Green Bay. Hardest Rain I have driven through in 15 years. I assumed my lights were on even though it was only 6:30 like everyone else's were because as I was on HWY 41 North as it was so hard to see the vehicles in front of and behind. It wasn't until I got in my vehicle early in the morning the following day and it was too dark to see my driveway did I realize my headlights had the Auto On Switched to Manual by the Service Tech and I had been driving without headlights on in that horrible storm the day before. Please remind the Techs to please return the vehicles to the settings they were received in. The only other issue I had is I would have expected my tire pressure to have been inflated as they were all below 35 psi on a very Hot Day. More

Contacted Cliff Wall's Service Dept. to schedule a recalled Air Bay replacement - following written Subaru advice to do so. An appt. was scheduled for the next available service opportunity. Work was completed, as scheduled & in a shorter amount of time than was predicted. Awaited the service in Cliff Wall quiet & comfortable lounge. Departed with new Air Bay equipment installed.
