I have been back several times for routine maintenance as well as for an unexpected maintenance issue. Every visit has been great so far. Scheduling maintenance has been a breeze and they worked around my personal schedule to get the work taken care of. They have always done the work in a very timely manner and let me know up front if any charges would be incurred. engine analysis I am VERY grateful to Cliff Wall associates and mechanics for quickly diagnosing my vehicle and especially for not billing me. The problem was caused I am VERY grateful to Cliff Wall associates and mechanics for quickly diagnosing my vehicle and especially for not billing me. The problem was caused by a recent oil change from another dealer's express lube mechanic, yet Cliff Wall waived the service charge. If it was not such a long drive (45 minutes), I would take both my vehicles to Cliff Wall for all my service. More

Helped me out of a tough auto loan situation! I went into the dealership just to explore my options to get rid of my current vehicle, in which the loan was quite upside-down. They were able to get me into a new lease and in the car I wanted, and my negative equity will be erased after the terms of the lease, I couldn't be be more happy with how everything turned out.
