Without hesitation Michael told us the matter would be looked at, arranged a loaner and we were on our way. Next day, the car was ready, NO noise, and Mike greeted us with a smile. His mechs had to replace timing chains tensioners and guides (BIG job) but it was done incredibly fast, correctly and neatly. With a Service Dept headed up by an individual like Mike, it's no wonder the Cliff Wall dealership has the reputation it has. Not only is Mike an awesome guy, he's a professional in the highest sense. Just OUTSTANDING customer service! More
