Good,but took a few days from test drive to delivery My salesman was very accommodating. The only real issue I had was due to the timing of the finance processing. There’s only one person in the office that does the bulk of the financing paperwork and even though I was there at 3 PM on a day when they were open till 8pm, I was told that the paperwork wouldn’t be ready until the next day. That was a bit frustrating since I took the afternoon off work with the expectation of being able to take the vehicle home that day. All things considered, the experience was good, but I recommend that they bring on board a back up to their main finance person so they have at least two individuals who can handle the paperwork load and appointments. More

Long time customer of Cliff Wall I have had great experiences with the car mechanics employed but I also have had poor service where the problem I was having couldn't be detected or t I have had great experiences with the car mechanics employed but I also have had poor service where the problem I was having couldn't be detected or they created a problem and after couldn't determine the cause which made me go for a second opinion at another garage where they were able to find the isssue and correct it. My vehicle is now older (2007) so don't always need Cliff Wall for minor problems. It is easy to set-up appointments and since I bought my tires there always usually convenient to stop by for the offered free tire rotation without setting up an appointment. The customer service staff is a pleasure to work with. More
