Bought certified pre-owned qx-50 a few months ago. Even bought into their sales pitch for the WRAP warranty. Brought it in for the antenna being lifted at the rear of the base. Without looking at it, advisor Ryan immediately concludes it must be from a rear impact. I urge him to let the tech look at it and the techs story is the same without even pulling it or looking into it further. Service manager, same story. Will never be back to Clear Lake Infiniti or buy another Infiniti. Horrible service, horrible diagnostic review of issues, and blatant blame immediately upon the vehicle owner. Sad, sad example set when trying to keep customers into the future. More
