Up until my last visit I was very pleased and would recommend this service center.. but a immediate repair on rear brake pads was recommended as the pads were stated to be at a 1…stated in repair work recommend this service center.. but a immediate repair on rear brake pads was recommended as the pads were stated to be at a 1…stated in repair work for a turn signal and overview check list.., I brought car in for new rear brake pads and rotor work..the next morning.. after about an hour the service manager had to apologize with admitted embarrassment that the service technician's observation was that I have rear drums not pads , and they were fine.. this being said now,..: I am questioning the very expensive complete change of every air heat/cold hoses under the hood..a year or so ago..for lack of heat from auto heater…. My trust in the integrity and honesty of this and now many auto mechanic centers is permently affected with suspicion and distrust.. I have seen this a lot over the past few years, an oil change at a local service center gouging me for every possible needed expense..(it’s called bringing up the profits)..:unfortunately it is the way of business and this world today…( buyer beware!) More
