This could have easily been a 5 ⭐️ review…. I recently took my daughter's car to Cooley Hyundai for a service concern, and Mr. Derrick was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, listened carefully to my issues, and provided a prompt diagnosis. The work was completed efficiently, and his communication throughout the process was excellent. However, the next day, Mr. Derrick was off, and I didn’t receive any updates. By midday, with no response to my calls, I became frustrated as I had no information on the car's status. When I arrived at Cooley Hyundai, I was ready to express my frustration, but the staff immediately put me at ease. A gentleman, who I believe was affectionately called "Grandpa," he was on of the advisors that offered me water and shared a joke that made me laugh, helping to lighten the mood. Then, I met with Mr. Aaron, who was just as amazing. He took the time to explain everything about the car's service, even speaking with my husband to make sure we understood all the details. His attentiveness and patience truly turned my day around. I told him, "Look at God!"—it was like my frustration melted away with the excellent customer care they showed. While I do wish there had been better communication on Mr. Derrick's day off, and that the app had updated me on the car’s status, I was ultimately very pleased with the service. The team at Cooley Hyundai took great care of me, and I will absolutely be returning for future needs. Thank you, Cooley Hyundai, for your excellent service! More

I can NOT think of an experience that has been worse than the one I’ve had, dealing with this dealership. From the bottom to the top….the apple does not fall far from the tree at this place. My car was towed there on April 15, 2024, the first time. It spent 2 months there and then another week when they ‘did’ the work. (Because they don’t receive any parts on Saturdays and Mondays, in addition to being closed on Sunday. How do they service cars without the parts needed?) The general manager, Ron King, finally reached out to me today; after being told on July 15, 2014 that he would be. This is only AFTER, I filed my complaint with the BBB and the DMV. I also have a review that I’ve been updating on Google Maps that has pictures. I have now personally talked with 5 different men from Clay Cooley, each worse than the last. Taylor and Adam in the service department, Jerry who responds to messages sent through the website, Jason the client care director, and now, Mr. King. Go somewhere else to have your vehicle serviced!!! More
