I worked with a few different people in the process of buying my Palisade and for the most part everyone was super helpful - Tyler and Mike Sr were great as was Miguel in financing, however I was a little buying my Palisade and for the most part everyone was super helpful - Tyler and Mike Sr were great as was Miguel in financing, however I was a little put off by Courtney who was very hands off while I was trying to get info on the vehicle that was a week late and then he became extremely pushy when it came in on a Friday because he wanted to get the deal closed that day since he would be out of town Saturday and didn’t want to share the commissions. Unfortunately he told me the car was ready at 4pm, the dealership closed at 6 and I lived an hr away and had a toddler with a 730 bedtime. I also mentioned a few times that I would need notice to pick up the car to work around my toddlers schedule. Considering this is a HUGE purchase I would have preferred not to be told I needed to do something immediately just to ensure a commission check for someone who barely spoke with me through the entire process. He wasn’t even the one who found me the vehicle, it was Mike Sr (again, super nice and helpful) and Tyler was the one there when I test drove and picked up the vehicle, he even helped me move stuff from my old car (also, amazingly helpful)! All in all, I am happy with my Palisade and the process for the most part, I just think if there’s going to be a sense of urgency in the final hour then it should probably be there for the entire process. Jamal Berry was very professional and helpful in assisting me and my daughter find the perfect low mileage pre-owned Hyundai Santa Fe. And we were able to purchase the vehicle without all the messy negotiations and stuff I have endured at other dealerships over the years. From an initial phone conversation, to the dealership visit, test drives, through negotiations, to financing, everyone was very helpful. With all the pre-owned inventory shortage (which I realize exist) excuses at other dealerships, Bob Stallings has somehow accumulated a good inventory and selection of 2020 Santa Fe models to choose from. I would highly recommend anyone in the DFW area looking for a low mileage preowned Hyundai to speak with the folks at Bob Stallings before making a purchase. More

Awful experience we have been waiting a whole month to have a door handle to be placed on my daughter car they have yet to get back to us and now have stopped returning our calls. Bob Stalling was great. From start to finish. We live in Houston and purchased from Dallas because we had a bad experience with Ron Carter Hyundai. We made the right decision. Absolutely no extra fees at Bo Houston and purchased from Dallas because we had a bad experience with Ron Carter Hyundai. We made the right decision. Absolutely no extra fees at Bob Stallings. The price I was quoted over the phone is exactly what I paid. No bogus fees. My daughter is so happy. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I suggest everyone contact Bob Stallings. Even if you want another make and model please contact Julian Salazar at Bob Stallings before you buy anywhere else. Trust me. He started the deal Monday morning and was driving the vehicle to Houston by 2pm. It would have been done earlier but I held it up a little. Think about that for a minute. He was driving it to Houston. Wow. That is customer service. Not to mention I purchased the exact same vehicle for 2512.00 cheaper at Bob Stalling compared to Ron Carter. Wait the vehicle at Ron Carter had tinted windows and a pin strip. I guess that’s worth 2500.00 dollars at Ron Carter Hyundai. Customer service manager and general manager are rude! I complained about a questionable charge and they then refused to repair my car. Were more concerned with Ratings than customer service.
