Customers and employees regret being part of the chaotic mess created by new ownership and leadership. What I was told would be an hour visit to fix a broken trunk latch, turned into a 4 hour worse by the m mess created by new ownership and leadership. What I was told would be an hour visit to fix a broken trunk latch, turned into a 4 hour worse by the minute adventure. Upon arrival, the dealership looked to be out of business. Doors were locked, lights out and furniture removed. There were no signs explaining the situation, but eventually an employee told me where the temporary service tent was. It was chaos upon arrival as I saw customers directing traffic trying to get out of the poorly designed dead end service lanes. When I went inside the service area I realized the customers were outside because there were no chairs, coffee or marked bathrooms inside. A crew did start moving things in shortly after I arrived. After I finally got checked in, my car was out of the shop, washed and ready to go in about an hour and a half, so I thought. I was told that they fixed the recall issue but that the trunk still wouldn't open because there was another broken part not covered by recall. The entire point of my visit was to repair the trunk. I still can't understand why I wasn't offered the repair while it was still in the shop. They wouldn't even quote the work until I argued. I was finally given a price and was told ready in an hour. Over 2 hours later it was done. They diagnosed it wrong and had to replace a different part. Bright side... it was $10 cheaper. I walked around during the 4 hours I waited and saw numerous potential customers drive around and leave confused. A few asked me where to go. I gave them directions but suggested they leave instead. This was a horrific visit beginning to end. Experiences like these could be avoided if leadership chose to plan and organize their team. The techs, reps and advisors are probably trying, but without a plan and guidance, have no chance of success. Like one employee said to me "at least you get to go home" Find another dealership. More
This dealership is a scam. The salesperson Courtney is the consummate bait and switch salesperson and he is fully supported by his sales management team. We negotiated a price The salesperson Courtney is the consummate bait and switch salesperson and he is fully supported by his sales management team. We negotiated a price on a car “out the door” which was being shipped in the next month and I asked him to give me his cell number so we could text to confirm what he, his managers and I agreed upon. So, once it came to the time to put a deposit down on the car (he originally told me we couldn’t), then the price went up over $500 more. Then he proceeded to tell me it would only be this price if I financed it through them. I reminded Courtney about the out the door text and didn’t even respond. I then asked him to get a manager to call me and he said he would. It has been 5 days now and I have heard nothing. I would not consider this dealership for buying a car, much less work with Courtney. More
do not have words to accurately describe the horrific nightmare of an experience I had with this dealership, and CONTINUE to have 6 months later due to their absolute incompetence. Let me start by saying nightmare of an experience I had with this dealership, and CONTINUE to have 6 months later due to their absolute incompetence. Let me start by saying this- If " Mike Jr" tries to help you, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. Ask for anyone else, an intern will be of better service. From the beginning he was clueless on the entire car buying process, harassed me about things the bank handles, messed up my paper work more then once, and then the icing on the cake- he left the BANK OFF THE TITLE! My car has no lien holder. My experience with Mike Jr was so awful his manager, Luis called to personally ask for forgiveness on his behalf. Which leads me to the next person who has been rude, unhelpful and all around horrible customer service- Yessica. She had an attitude from the start, and was so unprofessional she sent emails back and forth with the bank using all caps.... what professional person speaks to business partners using all caps? Luis once again had to apologize on her behalf as I have records of all of this. Finally I reach out to get my bank put on the title as the lien holder and hesitantly had to deal with Yessica again. I was assured this was getting taken care of- surprise it did not. So I call to ask today why its been 8 weeks (told it would be 4) and the title clerk, Brenda puts her foot in her and says " well we tried to get a duplicate title but we only had your temp license on file so we couldn't"... to which I responded " why am I just now hearing about this" she choked, froze up and said " I'm just calling to tell you what happened". This dealership is a joke, and confidently sexist. I am a young woman, buying a car- and ironically my husband who bought a truck 2 weeks prior had no issues. You know its bad when a manager apologizes and says he would be furious if this was his wives experience. Now I'm waiting for the DIRECTOR of finance to call me... that's how you know they have made huge mistakes. Bottom line- don't work with Mike Jr, because he is the common thread of all my problems with this dealership, and don't shop here if you're a woman. More
The worst experience I have had at a dealership! !! NO communication whatsoever.. waited in waiting room for an hour and a half and no word from service writer! Finally I approached her and she said !! NO communication whatsoever.. waited in waiting room for an hour and a half and no word from service writer! Finally I approached her and she said they had a break job come in …. I would have been perfectly fine with that but as I stated NO communication !!! I asked could they just bring my car up so I could leave she said they working on it next thing I know here comes my car , Nothing done!!! all I came in for was to get key fob programmed they told my wife the day prior it would be approximately 20 min to take care of!! I will never set foot back in this dealership .. POORLY ran dealership.. Even walked thru showroom and outside to look at new cars and there again NO ONE even acknowledged we were even there… More
Bob Stallings Hyundai is doing what is right. In a world and state full of greedy and gluttonous car dealership, they are treating customers as people and not as their ATMs to pull money from. At In a world and state full of greedy and gluttonous car dealership, they are treating customers as people and not as their ATMs to pull money from. At Bob Stallings you will pay MSRP and it will be no tricks, lies, or gluttonous moves like in most of the car dealership in Texas and the U.S. today. Why and how they do it, I am not sure; but I know that they being decent and they are not taking advantage of the people. This is my take, from the way they do business. Soon karma will take care of those car dealerships that are abusing the market and their clients charging thousands of dollars over the MSRP prices, claiming “the curse of the market adjustment”. I know that Bob Stallings Hyundai is receiving blessings and commendations where the other dealerships are receiving criticisms, curses and condemnations. Sooner than later karma will get to those greedy car dealerships. My educated advice to anyone with the need to buy a car, the 1st place to stop by in Texas must be Bod Stallings Hyundai and ask for Mr. Tyler Horn. Their professional service and the way Bob Stallings do business is the main reason for you to stop by the dealer and buy your next new or used car. More

I worked with a few different people in the process of buying my Palisade and for the most part everyone was super helpful - Tyler and Mike Sr were great as was Miguel in financing, however I was a little buying my Palisade and for the most part everyone was super helpful - Tyler and Mike Sr were great as was Miguel in financing, however I was a little put off by Courtney who was very hands off while I was trying to get info on the vehicle that was a week late and then he became extremely pushy when it came in on a Friday because he wanted to get the deal closed that day since he would be out of town Saturday and didn’t want to share the commissions. Unfortunately he told me the car was ready at 4pm, the dealership closed at 6 and I lived an hr away and had a toddler with a 730 bedtime. I also mentioned a few times that I would need notice to pick up the car to work around my toddlers schedule. Considering this is a HUGE purchase I would have preferred not to be told I needed to do something immediately just to ensure a commission check for someone who barely spoke with me through the entire process. He wasn’t even the one who found me the vehicle, it was Mike Sr (again, super nice and helpful) and Tyler was the one there when I test drove and picked up the vehicle, he even helped me move stuff from my old car (also, amazingly helpful)! All in all, I am happy with my Palisade and the process for the most part, I just think if there’s going to be a sense of urgency in the final hour then it should probably be there for the entire process.
