I made an appointment with Anthony Grassini fully intending to only test drive and not BUY a car. Anthony is a rookie with only a few weeks under his belt, and I thought it would be easy to negotiate intending to only test drive and not BUY a car. Anthony is a rookie with only a few weeks under his belt, and I thought it would be easy to negotiate with him. But, he got me! I left with a VW Jetta, and I LOVE it. These guys are awesome. I was almost out of door when the sales manager John Gordon came over and told me that they weren't going to let me leave without a car. My phone died while I was there and they even found me a charger and water to make sure I didn't leave. Ha! This is a tough market for consumers, and they were firm with the price. But, the additional warranty made me feel good about the deal, and the car is awesome. Thanks Anthony and John! More
