Great crew and customer service I went to City Ford for a routine oil change and to get my wiper blades changed. This was the first time I have been to City Ford. The service guys did a great job of getting the work done quickly while I waited. I noticed that the waiting room and bathroom were very clean. They provided coffee while I waited. I had forgotten my coupon for the wiper blades but they honored the coupon price. They also gave my car a good rinse to get the snow and salt off my car. That was a pleasant surprise! I found the employees very friendly and that made me feel comfortable. I will be going back there for service and try them first when I need a new vehicle. Thanks everyone for the great service !!!! I thank Derry and the sales team for making a out of state purchase less stressful. More
