The loan officer from my son’s credit union contacted the dealership to request some documents to be faxed and Nick Castillo told the loan officer she was harassing him and told her to never contact him again! My son was approved for a loan of over $20,000 and was trying to secure the documents required by the underwriting department at the credit union. His loan officer, a wonderful lady, was literally in tears after being berated by Nick Castillo over the phone. She had to call 3 times to get the necessary documents for loan approval. I literally can not believe Nick Castillo’s behavior! More
