I love to support a local business that looks for ways to give back to our local community and Northeastern Indiana like City Chevrolet/City Ford does. When my husband and I decided to start looking for a new vehicle, I knew we’d buy from City Automall if possible. When we went in to start the process of looking for a car Johnny listened to and respected what was important to us. He worked hard with Jonathan and Joe in the finance department and Kasey, the owner/general manager to find us a great vehicle (Ford Ecosport) with everything we asked for and more within our budget! Karly was quick to let us know that the car was still available so we didn't waste a trip from SW Michigan. A very easy and quick process. Already knew what car we wanted. They found the exact vehicle we wanted. They gave us a good deal on our trade in. We arrived at 10:45and had a deal by 1:00.
