We attempted to get into a vehicle and our credit just wasn't enough, and she went above and beyond and gave us options as alternatives. I drove home with my new Chevy Trax LS when it was all said and done. Ale and Nick are my MVPs, thank you! More

Mr. Shirey, My Wife Julia and I came in on Saturday 01/08/2022 to look at a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD High Country Truck - Stock #: GM5441A. Prior to coming in to look at the truck I called in to make sure that the vehicle was on the lot. I was told the truck was there, so we made the trip. Upon arriving at the Dealership, we were met at the Door by your Manager. I asked for the Salesman that I spoke to on the phone and he had them bring the truck around. When we went out to the vehicle the first thing that I had noticed was that the truck was totally filthy (covered in mud, there was branches in the bed, the interior was gross) for the lack of a better word the vehicle looked like xxxx. We traveled nearly 2 hours to look at the truck and the Salesman knew that prior to us coming to look at it. I know everyone is shorthanded and I also know that it was a Saturday, but I feel there was zero excuse to present us a $83,500 truck in that condition at your Dealership. Not only was it a slap in the face to us, but I could have gone and looked at another truck in Ohio that was not in that condition. There were also 3-4 separate check engine lights on the truck which only has 22,960 miles on it. After we took the truck for a test drive, we were met again inside the Dealership to ask us what we thought of the vehicle. At that time, I was totally honest with your Salesman and told them that I thought there was no excuse to present us a vehicle in that condition and at that time the Manager came over to cover up for the fact the vehicle was show in such poor condition. Not only we could not see the condition of the paint but if I am going to spend this much money, I would like to see what the Truck would look like cleaned up. At that time the Manager asked if he could have a few minutes to clean it up. Why was this not done prior to us arriving? It took 2 hours for us to get to your Dealership. How do you think this made my Wife and I feel while we had to wait around for this to be done? I honestly feel the truck should have never been presented in that condition to us whatsoever. Would you bring out a Corvette in that condition to show to a prospective customer? Do you think it is the right way to try to sell a vehicle? I was told multiple times at the Dealership that my 2005 Silverado 2500 was much cleaner than your 2021 and it was sadly true. I take a lot of pride in my belongings and at the very least a $20 bill and a trip to Fort Wayne to Mikes Express Carwash would have made your 2021 Silverado a much easier pill for us to swallow. I would strongly suggest you reach out to your Team to let them know the importance of presenting a vehicle in a condition that you and your Wife may want to see it in. I have never in my life had an experience like this and I hope that this never happens to anyone else, because I did not appreciate it at all. Not only did it upset me but to ask $3,000 over the cost of the truck was unprofessional. I hope there is a lot to learn for your Team from this. I worked for a Tier 1 Supplier to General Motors for 25 Years, and I know the people at General Motors would never stand behind this at all. Do you think you and your Wife would have loved to experience a trip to look at a Truck like this? Do you think any of your Team would like to experience a 2-hour trip to look at a vehicle in this condition? I do not think so. Please make sure this never happens to another prospective customer. I do care about your team, your company, and this is no way to make a potential sale at all. A lot of things need to be done to make this right for us to want to come back. More

I use to buy my cars from City Ford but I won't be now! recently I went in to trade my truck in for a 2013 Chevy Tahoe. when checking out the Tahoe I noticed the AC was acting weird and mentioned it to the recently I went in to trade my truck in for a 2013 Chevy Tahoe. when checking out the Tahoe I noticed the AC was acting weird and mentioned it to the salesman Jacob. He said it was inspected and nothing to worry about but if it did act up they would take care of it. I trusted what he said and ended up buying the Tahoe. a few days later the AC started acting up again and I brought it in. They looked at it and found a leak and the sales team refused to fix it. I was upset as I was promised they would take care of it. Their service guy then fought for me and got the lead fixed (the service guy was great). When they fixed the leak they found that the ac compressor is going bad and again the sales department REFUSED to fix it like they PROMISED!!! The service guy couldn't fight it. I AM TELLING YOU DONT GO TO CITY FORD UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR MASSCIVE REPAIRS!!!!! They haven't even tried to make it right!! Then when I confronted Jacob the salesman he tried to say he never said the AC was inspected and tried to post the text after our in person conversation. He did this to cover his tracks of the lie he told me when I bought the Tahoe. More
Alejandra was amazing from the beginning of my shopping experience until the end. Polite, helpful, honest, and respectful.
