I have only gone to citrus motors for maintenance (etc) on my vehicle and all the svc reps were good but Mario stands out among them for his dedication to diagnosis, resolution, and follow up. I bought a new FORD F-150 pickup truck in October 2009 from Downtown Ford in Sacramento because my Dad works there. I live in Riverside and work in Ontario. I chose Citrus Motors as my place of service for my new truck because it is located near my work. I am extremely pleased with Cirtus Motors due to their fast service; friendly, polite, and caring workers; and the professionalism and cleanliness of the overall facility. I have had a different service advisor for each of the handful of visits I have had to Cirtus Ford so far, and they ALL have been extremely nice and willing to help me with whatever service my truck needs as fast and efficient as possible. This time I brought my truck in because it wouldn't start. My service advisor was Sheri Prince. She was very concerned about getting my truck repaired as soon as possible. She was very friendly and attentive and constantly gave me updates about my truck. I have previously owned two other vehicles in my life thus far, and Citrus Motors is BY FAR the BEST dealership/repair facilty I HAVE EVER been to. More
I brought my Ford 150 truck in for service (engine lite on ) I explained the problem to Sheri and she Booked an appointment right away, Took the truck in the next day and had the Tech look it over and foun on ) I explained the problem to Sheri and she Booked an appointment right away, Took the truck in the next day and had the Tech look it over and found that the Computer lost memory and needed to be reprogrammed, contacted me as soon as she new the problem was being looked at and did a follow up call to inform me that the problem was being addressed and will let me know when the Truck would be finished, About an hour and a half I received a call that the Truck was done and ready for pickup, I asked how much and she said no charge, its was covered. I know Ford has been lack in customer care and product for some time and now I really am impressed !!!! You have restored my faith in what FORD stood for, for a long time if you wanted a care that would last you bought a FORD. My father my grandfather and most of my family have always had a FORD. And now I am pleased to say I now have a 2007 FORD 500 all wheel drive for my wife and a F150 for my self. And thank you Sheri Prince for you help and friendliness and keeping me informed about the work in progress You can really say FORD HAS A BETTER IDEA THANK YOU John Galongo More
Had my truck in yesterday for routine service, and took my wife's car in today for routine service. Enrique, as always, was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly. Listened to my needs, and got me in and out quickly. He also set me up for an appointment for tomorrow for my wife's car. I am also about do for new tires. Comprehensive 90K Mi service not cheap, but I'm done except for oil changes for next 15k Mi....even completely detailed the truck for $100.= extremely reasonable and superb work. Dean LeBlanc made my latest visit to Citrus the best ever by providng exact details of work needed, and on time completion as promised. Dean went above and beyond by givng me a second reminder call when he noticed I had not picked up my vehicel, and closing time was rapidly approaching. Because of a hectic work schedule that day I had simply blanked "vehicle" from my mind and would have had a long walk home without Dean's thoughtfulness. More
On Friday, June 25, 2010 in the middle of the day my battery died on my 2008 Ford Edge. I called Sheri in a panic because as a Realtor - I needed my car for the weekend! Sheri was so calm, told me to come in and within 20 minutes she had me on the road again! Thank goodness it was still under warranty and that you have Sheri in the service department!
