On 2/10/2011 I called Vinnie Lora, Sales Rep for Citrus Motors of Ontario and made an offer of $14,500 for a White Toyota Tundra that I had previously seen at the dealership. My offer included a full tank Motors of Ontario and made an offer of $14,500 for a White Toyota Tundra that I had previously seen at the dealership. My offer included a full tank of gas and replacement of the front window seal, because the rubber gasket was cracking. Vinnie said he would discuss my offer with his manager and call me back. I was soon called by Charles Ball, who asked me to confirm my offer to Vinnie. After confirming my offer, Charles said he would call me right back. Charles Ball never identified his title but Vinnie had referred to him as his boss. Thus, I understood that I was dealing with a Citrus Motors representative who was empowered to enter into an agreement with me. Soon thereafter, Charles Ball called me back and said: “We have a deal. When can you come down?” I replied I would be there in about half an hour. I promptly returned to Citrus Motors only to be confronted with a "bait & switch" and ultimately, a rejection of my offer. Citrus Motors simply refused to sell me the truck for the price we had previously agreed to over the phone. They are unethical and fraudulant in their treatment of buyers. More
Paperwork for service ready in advance of appointment. Service adviser knew my vehicle. Took time to detail recommended factory scheduled service. Wait time was acceptable. I would highly recommend Citrus Ford. I have not bought a truck thru them I have only had my truck serviced there. Both Dean LeBlanc and Enrique Velez are so very friendly and always remember me. The last time I went in I needed new tires. Enrique checked on line for the best deal and priced matched. I still had to pay a lot but it was nice that he got me the best deal. Another time I went in I just needed new bulbs for my turn signals. I knew it would not take long so I waited. I told Dean I was going to go across the street for breakfast and he gave me a $5 gift card. It is the little things like that keep me wanting to come back. My first F150 I bought at Prestige Ford in Garland Texas. They really set the bar. When I came back out to California I was not happy with other Ford dealerships until I found Citrus Ford. On 2/10/11 I had a problem with my F150 stalling. I called Enrique my advisor and explained my situation. After which we determined it needed to be towed in, no problem as I have Ford towing. Since it was the end of the day Enrique received it and confirmed with me it would be seen first thing in the AM. Which he oversaw as I am in SanBernardino. I got a call from him my truck was ready for pick up and it was a minor problem. With his excellent service this is why I continue my patronage of Citrus Motors since the early 70s. I called Richard about my powerstroke smoking and he immediately sent a tow truck to my house to pick it up. as soon as it arrived and was diagnosed he called and notified me of the status. Brian took the time to engage in a bit of chat; to make sure that I was confortable and confident that Citrus Ford would do the job; and do it well; which of course; it did. You have a very valuable and impressive young man doing the job above and beyond at Citrus Ford. Being in the retail and medical business for over 38 years; I have never met a person who is so willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality workmanship but more important; customer satisfaction. I bought my used car in November of 2010. I had a few issues with the car a couple of weeks ago and took it back, they took care of the problem. Brian was the Service Advisor that helped me then. Yesterday was the fourth time I brought my son's car in for servicing. In the past, I always took his Kia to Toyota. Not only does Brian takes time to listen to my concerns, he understands the importance of insuring my son's car is road worthy. He treats my son's car as though it were his own.
