Jon was also passionate and knowledgeable about cars, a skill set that most sales people lack, and one that comes in handy when you are trying to decide between one model and the competition. He kept us in the loop while we waited for our on-order car to come in, and has already checked in with us to see how we are enjoying our new car. I want to take a moment to comment on my recent purchase of a certified pre-owned 328XI from your dealership. I feel quite lucky to have been assigned to Eric Krentzman when I called in to inquire about on of a certified pre-owned 328XI from your dealership. I feel quite lucky to have been assigned to Eric Krentzman when I called in to inquire about one of your cars. I have been looking for a certified car for the last few months, only to have to deal with, surprisingly so, arrogant salesman or sales managers, lies, inaccuracies, last minute bait and switch tactics etc. I'm not talking about "Joe Blow Used Car Lot". These were Mercedes Benz Audi and BMW dealerships! All in all the experience was dreadful, to say the least. Until I drove 50 miles (I live in Montclair) and met with your team starting with Eric. He was a perfect gentleman, low key and had a genuine desire to help me figure out a way to purchase a car I wanted and could afford. Eric also explained fully each and every document I was required to sign and was extremly patient with each request for clarification or explanation when taking delivery last night. Eric also took the time to be very polite and courteous to my 12 year old son Zachary. He also made it his business to have your detailing department do their best to cover any minor scrapes in the paint finish and clean the car before delivery. I pointed out several small areas that needed a bit of touch up, as well as my son and I don't think one of them was overlooked. OUTSTANDING! Daniel Fagan made the financing paperwork a breeze to work out and went out of his way to make sure I understood all. While offering me additional services, he knew when to back off the first time I said no thank you and explained clearly and accurately the benefits of one of the optional services offered and purchased. Last but not least, Brian led me step by step through the "how to" process with all the patience he could muster considering my 12 year old thought he knew more than Brian. All in all, you've got a great team @ Circle BMW. Consider yourself fortunate. I only regret that I live 50 miles away and will have to service my new car locally. More

After the last one when they absolutely stunned me in a positive way with their quality of service I decided to finally do something service center. I should have done it a long time ago since every time I been to Circle BMW their service, from an annual service to this most recent major repair, was more than I could ask for. They have a very helpful and friendly staff whose only objective is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your car service. I highly recommend Circle BMW. More

I have dealt with Dennis Adams, Billy Defelice, Robert Heydorn and Tim Meritzis. All have been gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Of particular note, Tim has been exceptional and has gone beyond the call of duty on occasions too numerous to detail in this forum. Tim's knowledge of the M cars is encyclopedic and his passion for BMW's is obvious. Tim's a true enthusiast. Tim loves what he does, and I look forward to taking my car in for service....though walking into a BMW dealership does present a moral hazard. Tim is the reason I will buy my next BMW at Circle. I just purchased a 2008 CPO BMW 128i convertible from Circle BMW and I/we could not be happier. After doing plenty of research/homework, I found a vehicle on the internet located at Circle BMW (which is Circle BMW and I/we could not be happier. After doing plenty of research/homework, I found a vehicle on the internet located at Circle BMW (which is 80 miles from where I live) and made contact on-line with James Castello. He quickly responded to my inquiry and we negotiated a bit via the telephone. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership to check out the car, we were greeted by very friendly staff. James came out to meet us and showed us the car. He was extremely polite and friendly and never used any hard sales tactics. After coming to terms, he even helped us secure outstanding financing (when I already thought I had a great rate from my bank). We picked up the car today and were extemely pleased with the service. James had everything ready when we arrived, so we signed the paperwork and then he gave us a detailed review of the car's features. Dealing with him felt like dealing with a friend. I highly recommend contacting James and Circle BMW if you are ever in need of a new or used vehicle. More
Circle BMW was the second BMW dealership I went to another Dealership and was completely unimpressed! The sales rep was not knoledgeable in the model vehicle I was interesed in. When I came to circle I was met out side by Tathiana Crrasco and from there the transaction was painless! Tathiana is knowledgable and honest in her salesmanship! Inquired about a used X3 3.0i and heard back immediately. The people at the dealership were extremely courteous, friendly, and willing to help with all of our needs and questions. Our salesman Clay was nice, very easy to deal with, and even went over every aspect of the car when we came to test drive it. They fixed a few scratches before pickup and even installed floor mats free of charge. The day we picked up the car it looked brand new, and included a few small gifts with the purchase. Another man took time to explain everything on the inside of the car to me so I had an idea of what every button meant. When I went to pick the plates up, they even offered to clean the wheels! Even though we purchased a used car, they treated us as if we were buying a brand new car, which is awesome. Overall great dealership, looking forward to doing business with them again in the future. I highly recommend them. More

While I was not happy, being a customer of Circle BMW since 1986 I knew the problems would be taken care of. Tim was extremely understanding and via calls then email kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. In addition he assured me new parts would be installed (carpet,speakers, wind screen) as my car was brand new. He also assured me that before they released the car he would insure everything was perfect. Mike who is always super concerned about how your car is doing did a great job insuring the car was in perfect order....which it was. While I was not happy with the condition of my new car, it was all caused at the factory and Circle did a great job in making me feel better about my purchase. More
