Outstanding customer service for a dealership that is coming back from hardships of Covid. Customer/service tech communications need improvement. Lacking that communications, customer used the internet to diagnose the problem for the service department. Two visits were required to effect the re Lacking that communications, customer used the internet to diagnose the problem for the service department. Two visits were required to effect the required maintenance as none of the parts were in stock. On both visits, the vehicle was returned to the customer with dirty smudge marks on the leather driver's side seat and center console. When pointed out to the service rep, there was no offer to clean the seat or center console. A long time ago in a land far away and under previous ownership, protective seat and floor mat covers were installed during service. To be fair, this service experience was not typical of the quality care I've experienced in the past. There is however an old adage that first and last impressions are what people really remember.
