Andrew Strange and his team of service technicians, along with Toyota, replaced a faulty engine in my wife's Prius, completely free of charge. There was a build defect in the engine that caused to lose compr with Toyota, replaced a faulty engine in my wife's Prius, completely free of charge. There was a build defect in the engine that caused to lose compression and blow up at 62k miles. Toyota replaced the faulty engine, no questions. It's a great place to do business! More
We had the worst experience of my life at this dealership. Our family has purchased about twenty cars in our lifetime (including multiple Toyotas) and this was by the far the worst experience we h dealership. We had agreed to move forward on the purchase of a Toyota Highlander. We were told by Phil (manager) that he did not have the final cost of the car but would be calling us with the final number. We had decided to purchase the car. However, Phil did not contact us and when we tracked him down, we were told that he sold the car to someone else (who apparently visited the dealership after us) without providing us with the opportunity to complete the sale. Phil obviously has NO integrity. We purchase Toyotas. We own five cars in our family. However, we will never buy a car from the Ciocca dealership and will take our next 5-7 car purchases to Alexander Toyota. We will also inform our family, friends and acquaintances to never buy a car from the Ciocca Toyota More
Arrived at 8:15 am. A young man named Clayton Amey was there to promptly check me in. For 10,000 mile service & tire rotation. An excellent detail service on both of my vehicles.
