I was prepared to go to other dealerships if they could not offer a competitive price. Duane was patient when I need more time to make up my mind. He was always friendly, professional, and extremely informative in presenting all the different options with the various trim levels and was very helpful in making my final decisions. He was not pushy when it came to adding or subtracting options for consideration and was quick to match what other dealerships offered for prices. I will absolutely recommend this dealership and Duane specifically if I know anyone in the market for a Subaru. More
Top Notch Purchase Experience My wife and I were looking for a Subaru to replace her 10-year old Impreza with 133K miles. After identifying a potential vehicle through an inventor My wife and I were looking for a Subaru to replace her 10-year old Impreza with 133K miles. After identifying a potential vehicle through an inventory search online, I received a prompt email from Tom Kerns. We exchanged a couple emails and he invited us to schedule an appointment so he could give us his full attention. When we arrived a few days earlier, Tom was engaged in concluding another sale that carried into the time we had arranged an appointment. Tom went out of his way to give us time as we looked at the vehicle we first identified interest, as well as other vehicles that caught our attention. He expertly found time to attend to us while his first appointment continued longer than was anticipated. He arranged for a test drive of a vehicle we found of great interest, arranged for an estimate for our trade and actually began the price negotiation while still wrapping up with the other buyers. The negotiation process was fair and reasonable, and Tom secured pricing for our purchase and allowance for our trade that I found in KBB.com to be very fair. Tom then brought in Mike who talked us through financing options that fit our interests. Mike organized the paperwork and explained each document in simple terms. Tom worked behind the scenes to ensure our vehicle was detailed very nicely. As a very demanding individual, I found this experience to very positive. Although I live in the Harrisburg, this is the second vehicle I have purchased in 16 months from Apple dealerships in York. This dealership knows how to work with a customer - something dealerships in Harrisburg and it's West Shore should learn. Thank you to the Apple family of dealerships. You do it right! More
I felt comfortable with Brandon Knaack I had been checking out cars on Sundays when the dealership was closed so that I wouldn't have to talk to a salesman until I was good and ready. I finally took the plunge and went in on a Saturday. Most of the salesmen were busy with other customers so I got to wander again casually through the lot. After a short time, Brandon came out to greet me. He wasn't aggressive or overbearing. He spoke honestly with me about the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. It didn't take me long to decide. I think it was a good day for Brandon (and for me) because I ended up buying 2 brand new Subarus! Thank you for your quality service, Brandon! More
