LOVE my Forester Turbo and Spencer is on top of everything! I needed an SUV and traded my SAAB Turbo on another Turbo and loved the Forester!!! From that point forward, I knew my search for a new car was over. Josiah went above and beyond what I would consider satisfactory customer service. He responded promptly to any email messages I sent. He followed up email messages with phone calls. He was willing to meet with me at the dealership even when he wasn't scheduled to work. Basically, he did everything he possibly could to put me in a new RDX. Josiah's persistence definitely paid off and I'm so thankful he is the contact person who received my original online request for more info on the Acura RDX.
