Good communication, smooth process When our van died, I needed to find a vehicle quickly. I knew I wanted a Subaru for their longevity, reliability, price and snow performance. I was pretty sure I wanted a Forester, but was open to other options. Tom Kerns took his time to allow me to drive several vehicles and talk through the differences in price and performance. We also chatted through the difference between buying new and used. When I left the dealership the first day, the price point wasn't quite right. Tom worked with me through text and email to get the monthly payments where I wanted them while I wasn't even in their office. His flexibility and good communication through text and email was greatly appreciated. Once all was settled, it was simple to walk in the door and finalize all the paperwork. He even gave our boys Apple Subaru hats (they're wearing them around the house right now). Mike Ritz from finance was also great to work with. He explained everything clearly and concisely and was sensitive to the fact that we had two little boys who were getting tired and hungry waiting for us to finish. Overall, the dealership was great to work with. Many options, new and used to look at and test drive. Friendly staff, clear communication and reasonable prices. We are very happy with our Subaru Forester. More

We decided on the Outback, for it's size. Duane was very helpful with all of our questions, because we honestly were just looking, in the beginning. Over many months, we continued looking at other similar vehicles, that would best fit our needs and wants. Duane kept us up to date on any specials going on through the dealership and/or Subaru. He was very patient with us, as this whole process took many months, We had been to another Subaru dealership and they could not meet the price we received from Apple Subaru. More
