There are two Subaru dealerships much closer to our home, but we were very pleased with our initial experience & felt that this dealership was the only place to purchase another Subaru. We progressed through the vehicle selection process without feeling pressured, and our contract was facilitated in an organized, informed,and timely manner. Our salesperson Bob Geissler guided us to the most suitable and affordable Subaru model. Fortunately, we selected a model from the available inventory of the dealership.The sale was made late in the afternoon on a Friday, yet the processing and delivery was expedited so we were able to take the vehicle home the next afternoon.Since we live over an hour from the dealership, this was most satisfactory! As Flemington Subaru "repeat" customers,we feel assured that we will continue to experience the warmth and integrity of the staff,... and unsurpassed personal and technical service. Alex was the first person I talked to in a winding, multi-month search of brands, dealers and salesman. The Flemington dealerships have had an excellent reputation over the years. My car's transmission had been acting up and I wanted to see what other options existed. We bounced around a few ideas including a possible Land Rover, but I found this nice little truck on their website. Bobby tracked it down and got the inside scoop on it even though he works at a different dealership. Everyone that I met was great to work with. The paperwork was explained thoroughly and I was able to filled it out quickly. When I came back to pick up the truck several days later, it was right up front ready to go. Plates on, full tank of gas and the registration card was sitting on the gear shift. Right now I'm enjoying my new (used) truck. It has a few miles on it and I intend to put a few more on it. I will gladly work with Flemington Car & Truck again for future purchases and I also recommend them as well. More
