Alex (and Slap) were extraordinary. I have never had such a stress free car buying experience. It was truly a pleasure. We walked into the dealership to test drive a car, we did that and before we lef such a stress free car buying experience. It was truly a pleasure. We walked into the dealership to test drive a car, we did that and before we left to go to another dealership for a different brand of vehicle, Alex gave me a print out with the price, trade in value, etc. It was price out the door, and when all of our research was complete, was an excellent deal. After a couple of weeks, I called back (it was a new month) and spoke with Alex to come back in. The deal was exactly the same, with the exception of me adding another car to the trade in. There were no issues. There was no dishonesty, no pressure. When it came for the day for me to come in and pick up my shiny new car, I had to call Alex and tell him that one of the cars i wanted to trade in now needed to be towed in because it had a flat. i was horrified but he didn't seem to blink an eye. I have recommended them on Facebook and to anyone who asks about my new car! I can't thank you enough. More
I met Rick when I bought my 1st Subaru in 1996, I am now on my 4th, they are incredile cars!! I sold my 1996 Subaru for $1200 with 350,000 miles on it. I sold my second for $500 only because I just put new on my 4th, they are incredile cars!! I sold my 1996 Subaru for $1200 with 350,000 miles on it. I sold my second for $500 only because I just put new tires on it. The original transmission went, after 365,000 miles. My wife's 2006 Outback has 160,000 miles on it. What more can I say!?!?!?!? Rick is a fantastic sales person and Subaru makes fantastic cars!!! More

I have been searching for a car for over 3 years. Before I came to Flemington Subaru I had a lot of terrible experiences where I felt so pressured and stressed by salesmen that I didn't even want to continu I came to Flemington Subaru I had a lot of terrible experiences where I felt so pressured and stressed by salesmen that I didn't even want to continue shopping for a car. But I needed a car so the search continued. I found my now new-to-me car online. I sent an email to Flemington Subaru and very quickly received an email back from Alex. It was not the typical response of "come buy the car NOW otherwise someone else is going to buy it this very second!" like I had received several times before. Alex was very friendly and asked if I would like to come see the car - I was there a few hours later. I never once felt stressed or pressured about buying my car. Right away Alex gave me the keys and let me check out the car without hovering over me and commenting on everything about the car – like you will find at mostly every other dealership. He let me take the car for a test drive on my own and I think that is honestly what sold the car. I hated test driving my maybe future car with someone breathing down my neck trying to sell it to me every second. I was the one who decided to leave a hold on the car and I did not feel pressured at all to leave a deposit like other salesmen had tried to get me to do. Alex was honest, helpful and awesome from the beginning to end of the sale. I hope that he will be around at Flemington Subaru for my next car purchase! (Also Glenn Clark who did the thousands of pages of paperwork was extremely helpful, patient and friendly as well.) I do not have one negative thing to say about Flemington Subaru – I highly recommend Alex and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a great car from wonderful people. More
Bob was very reinsuring from the get go. He had good product knowledge and very accommodating and took the time to understand our requirements. When we came back to purchase a car, Bob wasn't available, but Alex stepped right in and made one available for us to drive. When Bob returned, from his meeting, our car was ready to go for the test drive. Glenn and Ridge made the closing go smoothly and helped us save time by suggesting to list the car in both of our names since I had changed my license, to reflect our recent move, but my wife hadn't had the opportunity yet to do so. This saved us from having to go back and forth with the registration information. Brian helped 'pair' our bluetooth connection when we picked-up the car the following day of purchase. So, all-in-all, it's been a pleasant experience in dealing with Subaru of Flemnington. Loren Hurwitz More
