The process is easy because of their attention to detail. There are no spelling errors, incorrect numbers, or other inconsistencies we've experienced at other dealerships that have made us nervous and wary. We also appreciate the fact that for test drives we go on our own and have enough fuel to test a vehicle meticulously without pressure for 20 or 30 minutes. We value that each of us has an opportunity to drive highway, back road, windows up, windows down, AC and heat on/off to truly experience each vehicle we're testing. They care that we feel confident in our purchase and there is no pressure to take our time either.
