They are very professional and quick to make you feel like family. Ernest Hughes and his manger Ron Smith fought very hard to get me into a brand new car with a low interest rate. Then the finance manger Jay Latko made a few calls to drop my interest rate even lower. What makes it even better is I wasn't even concern about the interest rate cause i knew i could afford it I just wanted the new car, but they went out of their own way to ensure i was getting the best deal. Now that's what i call 5 star customer service. Also Ernest Hughes new exactly what I wanted and then some. We clicked immediately and he wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and didn't settle for anything less. If your looking for a place were they treat you like family and don't dismiss you cause credit my not be spectacular. Instead they work with you and the banks to ensure everyone not only walks away happy but happily returns as well. Then this is the place for you. More

Ease of purchasing a new 2017 Nissan Murano SL I was seeking a new vehicle to replace my 2011 Murano EX and worked with Bruce Massey, the dealerships sales consultant. I found Bruce to be a very knowledgeable, personable, and professional individual. I was honest with him telling him I was looking into other brands before I made a final decision. I test drove a 2017.5 Murano SL and was impressed with the vehicle quality, ride, and technology. As he was working on the final pricing I visited other dealers, later the same day Bruce called me with a price including my trade in and I told him I would get back with him. The superior quality of the 2017 Murano, price, and my comfort with Bruce's honesty and no pressure salesmanship made my decision to purchase this car. I also felt like when I got home and had questions or concerns, I could reach out to Sebastian for help, and in fact, I had to. He set me up with a service appointment the next day, and Haleigh in the service department provided incredible service so quickly. I had a lot of anxiety about buying my first (real) car, and Sebastian and the whole team at Apple Nissan made it a lot less scary.
