Extremely Pleasant My wife & I went out that Monday to look at cars. We enjoyed her Buick Park Ave very much & were looking for a replacement. Folks were helpful My wife & I went out that Monday to look at cars. We enjoyed her Buick Park Ave very much & were looking for a replacement. Folks were helpful as we tried several vehicles. We stopped at Apple on our way home from doing some other shopping. We met Sebastian almost immediately. He was very courteous & pointed out several possibilities on the lot. My wife whittled the list to two Altimas & then to one. Sebastian took us out on a test drive, but first explained many of the features to her before we left the lot to make our drive a more relaxed one. He was personable & conveyed a true interest in us and our desires to find 'the car'. After settling in on our Altima, he went over every feature & being a certified pre-owned, described the extra benefits. His knowledge of the cars we discussed was very good, & when he didn't know an answer, he readily found out. He, along with Ron Smith, offered for us to take the car home & when we had explained that we needed to think about (& pray) this decision, they graciously backed off & allowed us to do our 'thing'. On Wednesday, we picked up the car & were able to check things out over several days. Everyone worked together to make this happen. We felt that we can call & get the help we might need. As to service, we made an appointment to get a 'ding' checked out out the trunk for Tuesday AM. Because of my day off on Monday & a local storm, I never checked my e-mail where Sebastian contacted me that we were going to have to reschedule. I showed up on Tuesday, & Sebastian greeted me, took my fob & disappeared & somehow, someway got the 'ding' fixed (& our radio working too). We appreciate the cleanliness of your sales area, bathrooms (a major plus) & the waiting area with the refreshments! More
