I'll be going back! I was delightfully surprised when I came to this dealer. I had seen a car online that I wanted to look at, so I went to the dealership to look for it. Ernest intercepted us, told us the car was at another dealership down the road, and took us in his vehicle go get it. He was friendly and personable and funny. When I decided to buy the car, he walked me through everything that I was signing and he explained everything to me. That made me feel more comfortable, since I had never bought a new car before. Pat (the guy who does all the paperwork) was great too! Ernest even put me in contact with his friend who does insurance because I needed to switch companies. I was very happy with the experience and very happy with my car! More
