AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I wasn't even out of my car when James Fishter greeted me in the parking lot. that alone was a big plus in my book. During the process of getting approved he for a new vehicle he kept me in formed of what was taking place the whole time. While sitting at his desk we talked about a lot of other stuff other than cars. We got a little into our own personal lives talked about family, during this time me being who I am I was taking in my surroundings and noticed that not only him but everyone that works at Apple Nissan on Whiteford road was very upbeat and motivated. No one was rude and conversations that took place where all positive. I was offered a drink and all. I loved the service, I loved the way James took the time to hear what I wanted and I loved that not once the whole time I was there did he leave my side he walked me through the whole thing. They also don't try to force u into a car either u tell them what u can do and they will tell u up front, they don't waste your time like the other places do.
