That's the way all my previous car-buying experiences have been no matter where I have lived or the different dealers. It is what it is. Same for going to a doctor's office or hospital. We're shocked (after the fact) what we spent for a brief hospital stay and no control over "shopping" for care. Since I can't change the buying model, I was pleasantly surprised at my experience leasing a Kia from Coleman. Every single person was enjoyable to meet and they went out of their way to make me a customer. Through it all, I will recommend Coleman to people I know and especially Scott Bregman, the person I dealt with who got me into a car I wanted that was within my budget. Since buying a car is never a one-to-one experience, I also got to meet the sales manager (the closer) and the general manager who approved the sale. All seemed helpful and treated me with respect. More

They make purchasing a car a breeze from the test drive to the financing of the car. I had to order my car and it was ready two days after agreeing to a price which was very reasonable. They add small touches as well like a sign welcoming you to the family. They do their best to make the experience of buying a car an enjoyable one. Todd Garry knows his stuff and was a pleasure to do business with. Car shopping can be a pain, but Todd never lost contact via phone and email, and was patient as I took my time selecting my car. The only issue that I ran into was when my father and I arrived at the dealership and tried to walk in, a lady who worked there stopped us at the door. At first she assumed we were the truck drivers delivering cards to the location, and then when we said we were not the truck drivers she asked us why we were there, in a way blocking the doorway not letting us get onto the showroom floor. At this point I had already locked in a deal with Scott, but if that was not the case I probably would not have made my car purchase there. Scott was very pleasant to deal with throughout the process. More

The whole team - including the business department - was super respectful of my time and seemed to do everything they could to help me out. I was underwater in a previously financed deal (with another dealer/brand) and Scott and the management team went out of their way to get me a trade and into a lease deal that was perfect for my situation. First week in, but I love my 2017 Subaru Impreza Sport, and I'd recommend the car and the dealership to anyone. More

He really went out of his way to find the car I wanted as quickly as possible and even had it inspected in PA for me. I got a good deal and a good trade in deal as well. The day I picked it up he sat with me in the car to show me all of the nuances. I am going back soon for a second tutorial with him. I have never driven am SUV before and it is a little tricky learning how all of the new safety features work. I LOVE driving my new car. Great fun and lots of complements!
