Scott Bregman was my salesperson and he took the time to make sure that my experience was great and the level of customer service that I received from them was phenomenal. I started researching for new vehicle 3 months prior, my husband bought me a 2005 Legacy wagon 2.5GT that I love. I decided to begin my journey on a new vehicle. My legacy is a turbo and it is showing signs of a misfire on one of its cylinder. That is when I decided on finding the perfect 2014 Outback 3.6R. So that perfect vehicle was found, 2 ½ hours away, and it was located at the perfect dealership, well worth the trip! Kudos to them for providing legendary customer service! And kudos to Subaru for keeping me “in love” with their vehicles!! More

Worth the drive. I really wanted to go with a dealership closer to home, but they couldn't beat the price of Coleman. Scott was so quick to respond to emails even thou I really wanted to go with a dealership closer to home, but they couldn't beat the price of Coleman. Horrible experience First off this happened a few weeks ago I moved into the area and needed a place to service my Kia so I figured I'd try Coleman I gave the car to serv First off this happened a few weeks ago I moved into the area and needed a place to service my Kia so I figured I'd try Coleman I gave the car to service and was directed to the waiting room I had some work to do on my computer so I asked if I could wait somewhere else cause the television was kind of loud I was directed to the Kia show room where there was an area to sit with charging station I was working and was comfortable for the first half hour but things changed very quickly on the other side of the partitions are offices all the sudden there is laughter several people in the office not a problem hey everybody should have fun at work but the ensuing profanities and F Bombs right and left and openly ridiculing a customer that had just left without buying a car.. also I learned something this day, that Indian people are referred to as a Patel and a Dot I told a co worker the story and She said I should contact the owner I figured why bother if he hires these people he probably agrees with them I'm not a prude I had 5 Brothers but really... at that time the Service Advisor came to get me and the crew in the office moved to the show room talking and imagine my surprise to find out they were managers..Guess I have to find another place to service my Car . More

Made it right My family and I went to look for a Kia Sorento on a Saturday afternoon. We wanted three things...7 seater, 0% financing and the 3.3 liter engine. To My family and I went to look for a Kia Sorento on a Saturday afternoon. We wanted three things...7 seater, 0% financing and the 3.3 liter engine. Todd showed us a 2017 with only a 2.4 liter engine that was on the lot to get a feel for the car in general. We took it for a spin and it confirmed we wanted the 3.3L, and I noticed the trim level was a bit lacking. He then set us up with a 2018 at a higher trim level, but again only a 2.4L. I was happy with this trim level, but not the power. He said he had a 3.3 liter and so we went to fill out the paperwork. However, unfortunately, it was another 2.4 liter, but I didn't realize it until after getting it home. I should have test driven it, but I didn't...my bad. Since they are closed Sundays, we sent an email and I went there Monday morning. We went over the options of getting me the right car, but I had one caveat...I was on my vacation and wanted a car ASAP so that I could travel to my destination. Long story short, Todd suggested another car he had on the lot that he would work with me on. It had an even better trim level, better financing (60 months instead of 66 months), 7 seater and the 3.3 liter engine I coveted. I test drove it and was hooked. So...in the end, it worked out better for me and I got a better car. Todd made it right! I can tell Todd is a hard worker and a very genuine person. I was never rushed, never felt like he was trying to "get one over on me", and I would definitely recommend him. I've also talked to him about other things after the purchase, and I can rely on him as an information source. I would have to knock down a half point for the time I needed to wait for the car to be processed, though. I was done with purchasing the new car at around 11am, but I didn't get out of the dealership until after 1pm because they needed to prep the car (clean it, get the plastic off it, etc). Because of that, I missed a few hours of my vacation. Apparently, there were other cars that needed to be prepped as well for delivery. That didn't happen on Saturday. The turn-around was much quicker then. In the end, it all worked out and we love the new Sorento! More

I arranged to come in for a test drive and was greeted at the front door with the car ready for me to drive. I loved the car, but wanted a different year and color. Pete found exactly the car I wanted quickly and for a fair price with no hassle. He was professional and courteous, answering all my follow up questions via e-mail. The process overall took very little time as everyone involved was extremely efficient. I highly recommend visiting and purchasing from this dealership. More

Both people that helped my dad and I were very nice. Todd helped us get a great deal and was very patient with us along the way. When I mentioned the price listed online compared to the one that I saw on the car, I was reassured that I would get the best deal they could give me. Their listings online matched the cars in the lot which made things quick and easy. There was no feeling of intimidation which was important to me as a young student new to the game. The woman that helped us with finances was straight forward and also helped to save us money when she could. Considering this dealership was about 50 minutes from my home, I can say that the drive was worth the experience. My family is new to Kia so I was very glad things went well! I'm hoping that my future visits to their dealerships are as easy as this one was. More
