During this research, several questions came to mind. When I got to the dealership, Peter Duma, the sales person, answered the questions. Because some of them were technical, for the few where he was not certain off the top of his head, he looked up the answer so that it would be accurate. During the test drive, Peter made a point of demonstrating those feature I had had questions about. He also showed me how the safety features worked in real time while we were on the road. I also knew exactly what color and options I wanted and did not want to compromise, however none of the dealers had what I was looking for including Coleman. They are however the ONLY dealer that suggested I order my car exactly the way I wanted it. Never occurred to me to do that, but that's exactly what I did. I was introduced to Scott Bregman to pick out my options, and place my order. Scott ordered my car on 10/29/2017, and contacted me several times just to update me on my order. I could not believe my car was there and ready for pick by 12/2/2017. I picked up my new 2018 Crosstrek and I am loving it!!
