Salesman Scott Portland, who was very knowledgeable, showed us Outbacks and, for comparison, suggested we take a look at the Kia Sorrento. We weren't ready to buy, but when we were this week, we went back and asked for Scott. With 0 percent financing available, a new vehicle made the most sense for our needs and our budget. Scott zeroed in on a 2018 Outback, let us test the vehicle, then worked quickly to get us to the right price. Ron, who handled the paperwork, also gave us a good rate on an extended warranty. More
Excellent Experience ... Great Folks ... Awesome Deal I was in the market searching for compact or sub-compact sedans … and narrowed my search to two; Ford Fiesta and Kia Rio. After visiting few Ford and I was in the market searching for compact or sub-compact sedans … and narrowed my search to two; Ford Fiesta and Kia Rio. After visiting few Ford and Kia dealers, and doing some research for specifications, performance, reading reviews as well as the warranty on both cars, it was evident that Kia Rio was (by far) a better choice. I have visited total of 3 different Kia dealers … and Coleman Kia was the 3rd … and it was the charm (so to speak). Before my first visit to Coleman Kia, I called Coleman dealership and spoke with Mr. Todd Garry (sales executive). He was more than happy to answer few preliminary questions about the availability of several Kia Rio cars advertized OnLine. I paid Coleman Kia dealership a visit on Saturday 12/23/17 and was greeted by Mr. Todd Garry. He answered all my questions, explained the functions of most (and maybe even all) the gadgets and features on two Kia Rios that I was interested in and arranged for me to have test drives on both cars. Unfortunately, during that first visit, we could not agree on a price in combination of trading in my old car and the price of the new one that I was very interested in buying. I left the dealership, parting ways with Todd Garry after exchanging warm wishes for the holidays and New Year with each other. As I was leaving, Todd mentioned that he was going to talk with his manager (Mr. Jerry Schiavo) and see if they can work out a better offer and get in touch with me again in couple of days. Couple of days later, I got a surprise call from Mr. Jerry Schiavo (Sales Manager) and he gave me a short/summary of an offer (both for trade in my old car and the price of the new car) … and offer that I simply could not have refused. He shared with me his personal cell phone number and informed me to call him anytime if I felt needing more clarifications or had any other outstanding questions still unanswered. I did take him up on his offer, and indeed called him twice asking for few clarifications. He actually kept his word of being available for any calls … and I did not even have to go through his voice mail. Each time I called, he immediately answered my calls. Few hours later, I received a follow up call from Todd Garry (the sales executive) confirming the offer and expressing his hope that I revisit the dealership and the serious possibilities of commencing the deal. I revisited Coleman Kia on Thursday 12/28/2017 and (again) was greeted by Todd Garry … genuinely sincere warm greeting that you could only expect and experience from a long time friend! At any rate … he personally drove the specific car I intended to buy and parked it in front of the office. I asked for one more test drive (which he happily and gladly accommodated for that). Again, answered all my questions about the gadgets and features of the new car … sat with me in my old car, and helped direct me to where I need to park my old car (that I was going to trade it in) … helped me by personally carrying some of the personal belongings that I still had in my old car back and gave me the choice of taking them back to the office or even put them in the trunk of the potential new car if I wanted to. We went back to Todd's office, and after gathering few documents he escorted me to the office of the Business Finance Manager (Mr. Eric Rosenow). Eric is a fine young man who managed to make the tedious, mundane and at times stressful process of reviewing and signing all the legal documents and loan papers smooth, seamless and almost fun. We actually managed to engage in light banter and humor while I was asking some questions and/or signing all the required documents. After finishing signing all the legal and loan documents, walked back to Todd Garry’s desk where he again devoted his absolute attention and devotion to help make my experience stellar. He personally removed the license plates from my old car and handed it to me in a big envelope, he fastened my new temporary license plate on the new car … he handed to me all the documents that come along with buying a new car, including warranty papers, user’s manual, list of contact and numbers He offered to (and indeed did) call my auto insurance agency to help provide all the necessary info in transferring my insurance policy from the old car to the new one. Some dealerships (and their sales staff) will sound professional, courteous and friendly, but won’t have wide options, big selections or great deals to offer. Some other dealerships (and their staff) may have big selections and good deals, but their management/staff may not be courteous, friendly, respectful, patient, accommodating or genuinely sincere in their interactions with the customer. Coleman Kia has the best/perfect combination of wide options, good selections, great offers … as well as professional, courteous, friendly, kind and genuinely sincere management and staff in their dealings with customers. They exhibited all these winning qualities throughout my experience dealing with them … there is absolutely no reason to doubt they will consistently maintain these winning qualities in their dealings with any other customers. All in all, the whole process of dealing with and buying a new car from Coleman Kia has been stress-free and smooth … and the experience has been great (and that is an understatement). Not only did I buy a new car … it almost feels like I gained 3 new friends. If you are thinking of buying a new car, I hope you include Kia as one of your choices. If you consider buying a Kia, I hope you give Coleman Kia the first chance of serving you and meeting your needs. If you in fact choose Coleman Kia, make sure you contact, ask for or reach out to Todd Garry … you will save a lot of time, money and avoid the customary aggravation and stress that comes along with the experience of buying a new car. I did all the above, and I owe thanks to Todd, Jerry and Eric … and Coleman Kia - Ewing NJ (in general). I am now the proud and happy owner of brand new 2017 Kia Rio LX as of 12/28/2017. More

Above and beyond with zero pressure I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Coleman Subaru. My wife and I came in to test drive Subaru’s the Saturday before Christmas I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Coleman Subaru. My wife and I came in to test drive Subaru’s the Saturday before Christmas not knowing which model we wanted. Pete gave us the keys to a Legacy and sent us on our way by ourselves and unchaperoned. This gave my wife and I time with the car and were able to chat freely. We then test drove an Outback and decided to negotiate a price on the Outback. We went back and forth on price a few times and agreed on a price for the Limited trim. I put down a deposit and scheduled a time for pick-up. If that was the end of our experience, it still would be a 5-star review. But there’s more... I called Pete later that day and informed him that I would prefer the Touring trim instead of the Limited. Unfortunately, they did not have the color we wanted on their lot. Additionally, I asked if I could rent an Outback to spend some more time with it, as I hadn’t owned or driven a Subaru previously. Pete didn’t hesitate in allowing me to take a car the following Tuesday (the day after Christmas) for a full day extended test drive. Pete let me know that the inventory manager would get to work first thing Tuesday morning to locate the trim and color I desired. I came to the dealership first thing Tuesday to pick up a new Outback Touring model which was mine for the day. I texted Pete mid-day to ask on the status of finding an Outback fitting my specs, and he texted back immediately to let me know they located one and could have it delivered on a Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. We negotiated a bit over text and decided to table further discussions until I returned the car, which I did just prior to closing time. Pete and I discussed price a bit more, and Pete told me that his manager he’s been working with was gone for the night, but he’d call me at 10am the next morning. Pete called me at 10 on the dot to let me know we had a deal and scheduled a delivery time for Thursday morning. I’ve purchased quite a few cars in my life, and Pete and the folks at Coleman really bent over backwards to make sure I got the car I wanted at an extremely fair price with absolutely zero pressure. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Pete to those in the market for a Subaru. More

I told Peter exactly what I was looking for a used Forester but it had to have certain options. Peter got back to me within 24 hours. He sent me pictures of the car and all the info. No nonsense. Helpful, not pushy I used the Coleman web site to see whether they had what I wanted, and they did. The Coleman web site and the Subaru site were both easy to use. They I used the Coleman web site to see whether they had what I wanted, and they did. The Coleman web site and the Subaru site were both easy to use. They emailed me a price. During this research, several questions came to mind. When I got to the dealership, Peter Duma, the sales person, answered the questions. Because some of them were technical, for the few where he was not certain off the top of his head, he looked up the answer so that it would be accurate. During the test drive, Peter made a point of demonstrating those feature I had had questions about. He also showed me how the safety features worked in real time while we were on the road. The vehicle was ready to go when I arrived for the scheduled test drive. The paperwork and the car were ready when I arrived to pick it up. More
