2019 HRV - I'm a busy healthcare professional, and took my vehicle to this dealer for the first time. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The service rep (I think it was Zach) was honest and my vehicle to this dealer for the first time. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The service rep (I think it was Zach) was honest and did not try to oversell me anything (as my car background knowledge is near none). He provided me estimates for upcoming services I'd most likely need going into winter, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I was in-and-out and only needed an oil change this time around. This dealer isn't the closest Honda Dealer to me, but I will most certainly be back next time I need my car serviced. Highly recommend & making an appointment ahead of time. More
