Experience was good. Really liked Phil as he is a very personable sales man and not really pushy which I don't like from most dealerships. Only one complaint. Overall our experience was excellent, from the time we walked into Ciocca, we were treated with respect and courtesy. All of our questions were answered thoroughly by our salesman, Joe Barone. I took my daughter in looking for a reliable used car that I would feel comfortable with putting her in. I was greeted by Phil Young and explained why I was there and that I was there to see one specifi that I would feel comfortable with putting her in. He was not just concerned about selling a car but was also concerned that we got the right vehicle for us. We test drove a vehicle that was not a brand that the dealership sold but he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed us all the features of the vehicle. We took the car for a test drive and we pulled over and he continued to show us features that the car offered. Phil is a very professional and knowledgeable saleman and is truly concerned about his clients. Everyone at the dealership has been very friendly and I have had mulitple emails to follow up on my purchase and make sure everything is going good with our new purchase.
