My husband and I went in to get some information on purchasing a mini van for our growing family. We had planned on buying in the spring or summer 2014, however, Phil was able to get us the best price purchasing a mini van for our growing family. We love our 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring so far. My only complaint would be that both my husband and I thought we were getting an addon package that was presented to us when reviewing the benefits of buying through Ciccoa. It included all weather mats, something we really wanted. Unfortunately, we were not informed that to get the price we wanted this package was pulled from the offer. We still got the mats, but had to pay extra and ordered them through Amazon.com rather than Ciocca Honda. More

I went to Ciocca Honda, the day after Christmas! The showroom was full with perspective buyers, but the sales staff at Ciocca made me feel like I was the only customer there. Prior to going on the test drive, Ed King went over everything from the tires to all of the fancy things that the new 2014 CR-V's can do. On my first night there I dealt with Ed, Nick and Sean....They were all very courteous and willing to help in anyway they could. On day two I spoke with Andy, Matt and Aaron on the phone and then in person when I took delivery that evening. I know I got the BEST Deal on my Brand New 2014 Honda CRV I could have possibly gotten. I loved the level of Service I received so much that I brought my mother-in-law back the very next day. She is now considering buying a 2014 Honda Crosstour. Amy was the sales person that was assisting my mother in law, she even went to the extreme of keeping my 2 1/2 year daughter entertained during the paperwork process. Upon our departure from Ciocca, Amy even put my daughter in her car seat!!! That is a level of service I have never experienced before in my life! As of today our family has purchased 2 Brand New 2014 Honda's with in the past couple weeks, with a possible 3rd one right around the corner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know or even a complete stranger on the street because the staff at Ciocca Honda really treats you like family!!!
