We made an appt. and met with Phil Young as our salesperson. He was genuinely interested in us and was very knowledgeable about the Honda Odyssey we were interested in. The whole sales process was very smooth and timely. B/c we wanted a certain color, Ciocca Honda searched for our specific vehicle and we had the car within ten days. Phil and the rest of the staff have done an excellent job in following up with us after we bought the car to see if we had any questions.
