I have just changed my Civic for a new CRV. After a couple of weeks evaluating other options (Subaru, Toyota, Volvo) I ended up in the same place I bought my Civic. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience very pleasant. I have no doubts that if I still live in the Hershey area next time I need to change my car I will be coming back to Ciocca. More

Met with Phil Young after talking to Stephanie online. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and gave a great test drive overview of the Pilot I was interested in. Aaron and Phil were able to work math magic and craft a deal that was worth my time and money to drive up to Ciocca from Lancaster. I have heard good things about the dealership and they sure delivered. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a car. These guys earn their keep. More

We were looking to replace one of our higher mileage cars and started by searching the Web. We found that Ciocca had a nice inventory of pre-owned vehicles, both Honda and others. We first made a call and an appointment, and when we arrived, we were greated and introduced to Ed King, the salesman who worked with us (nice guy). We had a specific type of car that we were looking for, i.e. something with AWD, and initially we were looking at the CR-v. He took his time to see what we were interested in, the must haves and the wants, then we took a couple of test drives on both highway and the local road. The CR-v was not for us. No pressure from Ed to push us in any particular direction, he just followed or lead. They did have a non-Honda in their pre owned invetory that had AWD and we took that for a ride and "poof", this was the car for us. It was fairly priced (within the range of Kelly Blue Book and in the range of other dealers in the mid Atlantic region (did our research on the web). We also had a trade of our car, and when we sat and worked the numbers with the GM, he was able to give, what I though was a fair price on that (again within the KellyBlue book value for a trade to a dealer). The entire experience was a good one from the start to finish with Ed getting us aquainted with the dealership and working though the sale process (it takes time, but if you are serious about the car that you are purchasing, Ed and the management at Ciocca will take the time and work with you) This dealership is worth the stop and look.
